I think I am doing really well with my exercise and eating this week. So far the transition of food for our family has gone very smooth. Whole wheat instead of white. Skim instead of 1%. Its gradual but working. I have really kicked it up a notch at the gym this week too. Yesterday I walked 2 miles and then did my gravity class. Which my muscles are now starting to hurt so that means tomorrow I will be a little sore. Sore is good. :0)
Tonight I did 2 more miles on treadmill and yoga class. Ok note to self.....next time dont work out before....I was still sweating from my walk so it made it a sweaty adventure. Some of the positions were crazy! Headstands...crazy stuff, but cool. Hopefully one day I will be able to do them.
Tonight was Garlic Lemon chicken over brown rice. I served sliced peaches over cottage cheese for a side. Everyone cleaned their plates so it must have been good!
Tomorrow I have the baby again all day. I am going to a cycle class at 845am if I can walk. :0) Then to my friends house for a playdate. :0) Boys will then take naps, and me too!
Not sure what dinner will be tomorrow night.....maybe another chicken dish? Hmmm I will have to let you know what I decide tomorrow.
Goodnight....my book and bed are calling!
