Diet plans that is....you know me...always changing my mind.
No seriously...after 36hrs on the diet...Kris had already binged and I was ok, but feeling really sluggish and knew this time was going to be miserable. So after talking with Em and Kris I decided I can't do the no carb no sugar diet. I am trying too hard to be someone I am not. It's not a realistic diet FOR ME. Others maybe, but not me. Eventually I would have fallen back into eating carbs and gained back most if not all of my weight. I will switch to counting calories. 1200 calories a day, and NO SODA. A diet every now and again. I will also start walking/jogging daily.
Anyhow...I feel like an idiot for getting all geared for my other diet...but I just feel like I need to do this for me, and not be at competition with anyone or envy anyone else. Here is my updated goals...
Feb 1st: 12lbs
March 1st 10lbs
April 1st 12lbs
May 1st 10lbs
June 1st 12lbs
July 1st 10lbs
August 1st 12lbs

Those are very great goals. Very realistic! I am proud of you. I hope you feel good. Its hard to admit and figure out sometimes what is right and what is wrong. So way to go!
