Yesterday I was coming and going from the new house. In the late afternoon I went to get my sister. Mind you she is 37 weeks pregnant, moody, and hungry alot. She is on bedrest so I went to get her and she came to see the new place and hangout. She was in total awe of the new place. She couldn't believe how nice it was for what we are paying. Not to mention the best part....as I turn down our street...in front of our house...I see about 10-12 kids...not kidding...riding bikes and playing. There were so many! The parents were all out doing yardwork, or washing cars. Our security guard that roams the neighborhood in his car multiple times daily was out too. My sister was like this is a neighborhood out of Leave it to Beaver or something! It was. I pulled into the driveway...lil man bursted out of his seat and flew open the door...every kid in the area came over and said hi and introduced themselves. Most are older than lil man like 6-10yrs...but a few were 4-5. You could tell the older girls were the ones that kept everyone in check and were "in charge". They said are you the new neighbors? I said yes, introduced myself and lil man. They were so excited to meet us. They had been waiting! Then I met the neighbor moms and dads. All were very nice. Our next door neighbor is police so that right there is a good feeling. The 2 moms I met both stay home so that was comforting too.
Today we did Hockey and lunch with the in-laws. Now hubbs is finishing a car in the garage then wants to hit Golden Corral. Tomorrow I will go back over and finish my cleaning...not much left. Hubbs will bring some boxes so I can start unpacking this week too. The yardwork needs to get done, its all overgrown. We have a little fountain by the front door. You would almost miss it with the plants so overgrown. Hubbs is going to see if he can get it running for me. I love listening to running water. :0)

Perfect! That sounds so exciting! See the Lord is taking care of you! Just have to be patient. Sometimes we don't know why things happen the way they do but once you see the blessing it sure is awesome. I am glad you are getting more excited about the move. I think it will be terrific.
Hey - The new neighborhood sounds wonderful!!!!! Lucky you! It will be nice have other SAHM's living right around you.
