Chicken Enchilada Friday!!!

Tonight I made some very yummy chicken enchiladas. Enjoy.

Chicken Enchiladas

1 can (10 3/4oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup salsa
2tsp. chili powder
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (i used canned)
1-2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
6 large tortillas (or maybe 12 small ones)
1 small tomato chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions

1. Stir soup, sour cream, salsa, and chili powder in a bowl.
2. Stir 1 cup of that mixture, chicken and cheese in a large bowl.
3. Divide chicken among tortillas. Roll them up and place them seem side down. Pour the remaining mixture all over filled tortillas. Cover with cheese. (I use alot cause we are cheese freaks)
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with tomatoes and onions.
